Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Code Implants Software Technologies Pvt Ltd, Pune, Maharashtra, India ("Code Implants", "we", "us"), for the use of RestoBill on Android, iOS and the web. By creating an account or using RestoBill you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use RestoBill for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

1. The service

RestoBill helps restaurants and food businesses take orders, print bills and kitchen order tickets (KOTs), manage menus, tables, staff and customers, and see reports. It works offline on your device and syncs with our servers when you are online. We improve RestoBill over time, so features may change.

2. Your account

• You sign in with your mobile number. Keep your phone and your staff's passcodes secure; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
• You decide which staff members get access and what they can do. You are responsible for their use of RestoBill.
• Give us accurate information and keep your business details up to date.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Plans and payment

You can start with a free trial. Some features may need a paid plan afterwards. Before you pay we show you the price, what it includes and how it renews. Payments are handled by the app store or our payment partner, and their terms also apply. Prices include or exclude taxes as shown at the time of purchase.

4. Your data

• You own your business data — your menu, bills, customers and reports. You let us store and process it only to run RestoBill for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• If you publish your public menu, anyone with the link or QR code can see it until you turn it off.
• When you record your customers' details, you are responsible for collecting them lawfully.
• You can download your reports at any time, and you can delete your account.

5. Bills, taxes and compliance are your responsibility

RestoBill calculates totals and taxes from the prices, tax rates and settings you enter. Check your prices, GST rates, GSTIN, invoice details and bills before you issue them. You are responsible for your business's compliance with GST, FSSAI and every other law that applies to you, including keeping records for as long as the law requires.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use RestoBill to break the law, and do not:

• upload content you have no right to use, or that is illegal or harmful;
• try to access other outlets' data or our systems without permission;
• copy, reverse-engineer or resell RestoBill, except as the law allows;
• overload, disrupt or test the security of our service without our written permission.

7. Availability and offline use

We work to keep RestoBill available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Data you enter offline stays on that device until it syncs; if a device is lost or reset before syncing, those records may be lost. Let your devices sync regularly.

8. Other services

RestoBill works with printers, SMS delivery, app stores and other services we don't control. Their availability and terms are their own.

9. Our intellectual property

RestoBill, its design and its software belong to Code Implants. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your business while these terms apply.

10. Disclaimers

RestoBill is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these terms, including that it will suit a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, Code Implants is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for RestoBill in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using RestoBill and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, and where possible we will tell you first and give you time to download your data.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for significant changes we will tell you in the app before they take effect. If you keep using RestoBill after that, the new terms apply.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute.
